Melissa Thompstone

Melissa Thompstone is a seasoned event and marketing professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Event Manager and Marketing & Events Manager at RED Mountain Resort, Melissa develops and manages annual marketing strategies and event budgets while overseeing a team to ensure successful execution of events. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions at EVENTSING Inc., where responsibilities included managing client relationships, coordinating logistics for events across Canada, and creating proposals. Previous experience also includes roles in marketing, event coordination, and bartending, demonstrating strong teamwork and effective communication skills. Melissa holds a PMP certification from the University of Toronto and a degree in Sports and Event Marketing from George Brown College.
