Koren P. Flint has extensive experience in customer experience management, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Customer Experience at Red River since January 2012. In this role, Koren leads a team of Customer Success Managers and oversees operational development for the corporate services operations. Previous positions at Red River include Director of Customer Experience, Director of Service Advisors, Director of Project Management, and Director of Field Operations, focusing on service delivery, operational efficiency, and strategic partnerships with customers. Prior to Red River, Koren held roles at GTSI and other organizations, encompassing proposal operations and graphic design. Koren's educational background includes a Customer Experience Certification from the University of Richmond, a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communications from Towson University, and an Associate of Arts in Fine Arts/Visual Communications from Harford Community College.
