Claudia Lachapelle

Claudia Lachapelle has a strong background in sales operations and business support spanning over 30 years. Claudia began their career at IBM Brazil in 1993 as a Bilingual Executive Assistant, providing administrative support to executives. In 1999, they moved to EMC Brazil, where they worked as a Sales Area Administrator for two years.

In 2004, Claudia joined EMC as a Sr. District Sales Process Coordinator, responsible for supporting district managers and sales teams. Claudia also handled territory assignments, managed systems like SFDC and RepQquest, and handled general order-related issues. From 2011 to 2012, Claudia took on the role of Sr. Business Operations Specialist, focusing on providing white-glove support to medium business sellers, managing complex deals, and ensuring efficient order processing.

In 2012, Claudia transitioned to the role of Commercial Data Center Program Manager at EMC, where they strategized go-to-market initiatives, trained account executives and management on new CRM tools, and designed effective enablement processes. From 2019 to 2023, they worked at Dell EMC as an Enterprise Acquisition Program Manager, acting as a bridge between operations and sales to increase sales productivity. Claudia was responsible for system rollouts, trainings, ongoing enablement, and support.

Currently, Claudia is working as a Sales Operations Analyst at Red8 since July 2023.
