Carla Cozzi

Carla Cozzi is the current Director of HR at Redbox. Carla has previous experience working in Human Resources at The Home Depot and UTi Worldwide Inc. In their role at The Home Depot, they were responsible for executing HR plans and programs, interpreting company HR policies and procedures, and performing duties in functional areas of HR. At UTi Worldwide Inc., they implemented, interpreted, and administered personnel and labor relations programs. Carla also managed all specific unit activities, supervised benefit enrollments, and participated in meetings with internal and external representatives concerning human resource projects or operations.

Carla Cozzi received their BA in Communication and Media Studies from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
