Nicole Garner Zinno

Nicole Garner Zinno is the current VP of HR at Redbox. Nicole has over 10 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition field. Nicole started their career as a Sr. Recruiter and eventually became a Team Lead and Manager. In December of 2009, Nicole became the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition for Orion Novotus, a subsidiary of Orion. Nicole was responsible for leading a team of 30+ remote and on-site recruiters/support staff responsible for global recruitment across technical and non-technical global clients. In December of 2014, Nicole became the Director of Talent Acquisition for Outerwall / Redbox / Coinstar / ecoATM-Gazelle. Nicole was responsible for leading the Center of Excellence for Talent Acquisition Programs across Redbox, Coinstar and ecoATM lines of business globally. Nicole is currently the VP of HR at Redbox.

Nicole Garner Zinno reports to Galen Smith, CEO. and Carla Cozzi - Director of HR reports to Nicole Garner Zinno. They work with Mike Feldner - Chief Marketing Officer, Sam Banayan - General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, and Lori Flynn - VP, Content.
