Maria Morris, PHR

Maria Morris, PHR has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Maria currently holds the position of Vice President Client Solutions at RedCAT Systems since December 2022. Before that, they worked at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as a Practice Manager from September 2020 to December 2022. Prior to that, they were a Practice Manager at Kronos Incorporated from March 2019 to September 2020.

Maria has also held various roles at ADP, starting as a Graduate HR Assistant/Intern in 2006 and working their way up to Senior Director Client Services ADP HRO from June 2017 to January 2019. Maria has experience in managing client services, improving associate engagement, and driving performance results.

Additionally, Maria has worked in leadership roles at Leadership Columbia County and ADP, Small Business Services. Maria has also gained experience as a Graduate Student Intern at Somerset Hills YMCA and as an Apprentice for an Industrial/Organizational Professor at Marywood University.

Throughout their career, Maria has demonstrated expertise in HR strategies, talent management, employee relations, and compliance with federal and state laws. Maria has also been involved in various projects and training initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Maria Morris, PHR, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Fairleigh Dickinson University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same university between 2005 and 2007. Prior to this, Maria completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Marywood University from 2002 to 2005. Maria has also obtained several certifications, including Loan Signing System Certified Agent and NNA Certified Notar Signing Agent from the Loan Signing System and the National Notary Association respectively in November 2020. Maria received their PHR certification from SHRM in May 2009 and holds a Notary Public Commission from the State of Georgia obtained in August 2020. Furthermore, they are a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), which they achieved in December 2015.
