Tarah Nethery Lipperd, CCP

Tarah Nethery Lipperd, CCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of compensation and human resources. Tarah currently holds the position of Director, Client Solutions - Compensation at RedCAT Systems since January 2023. In this role, Tarah is responsible for providing expertly developed HR tools to accelerate people-first organizations.

Prior to joining RedCAT Systems, Tarah worked as a Client Solutions Consultant at the same company from October 2021 to January 2023.

Before their tenure at RedCAT Systems, Tarah served as a Workday Analyst II at Louisville Metro Government from December 2020 to October 2021.

Tarah also founded and served as the Lead Consultant at Camp Consulting LLC from June 2020 to December 2020.

From December 2018 to June 2020, Tarah worked at Allied Solutions LLC as the Director of Compensation & Talent Acquisition. Tarah also took on the role of Workday Implementation SME from January 2019 to December 2019 and was the Manager of Compensation & Talent Acquisition from March 2018 to December 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Compensation Manager from September 2016 to March 2018.

Tarah gained experience at Riley Hospital for Children as a Lean Project Manager / Deployment Leader from April 2014 to September 2016.

Tarah also worked at Indiana University Health as a Compensation Consultant from June 2011 to April 2014.

Tarah began their career at Papa Johns as a Senior Compensation Analyst from May 2010 to May 2011.

Tarah also gained valuable experience at Kellogg Company, where they held multiple positions including Senior Compensation Analyst from November 2008 to May 2010, Compensation Operations Analyst from November 2007 to November 2008, Human Resources Generalist (Interim 2nd Role) from April 2008 to September 2008, and Compensation Operations Associate from January 2005 to November 2007.

Tarah Nethery Lipperd, CCP received their B.S. degree in the field of Study in the School of Informatics from Indiana University Bloomington. Tarah graduated from the university in 2004. Additionally, Tarah obtained multiple certifications, including Lean A3 Thinking, Green, Bronze & Silver Certifications from Simplier in November 2014, and a Certified Compensation Professional certification from WorldatWork in October 2012.
