Jack Houlden

Jack Houlden is a skilled Network Support Specialist with experience in diagnosing complex routing issues for customers over an MPLS backbone. Jack has extensive experience with Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, and OneAccess technologies and is proficient in administering and designing customer WAN solutions. Jack is also experienced in maintaining customer security with firewalls and managing Load Balancing solutions. In addition to their technical expertise, Jack has played key roles in automation initiatives and project migrations. Jack has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Systems Networking and System Support.
