Lynette Hirst

Lynette Hirst has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Lynette is currently serving as the Head of IT Portfolio & Strategy Delivery at Redde Northgate plc since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of IT Business Engagement at the same company from March 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Redde Northgate plc, Lynette worked at esure Group as a Contract Finance Transformation Programme Manager from November 2020 to January 2021. Lynette'sresponsibilities included designing the finance transformation programme TOM and governance framework, re-planning programme delivery plans, and creating program status reporting.

During a career break from April 2020 to October 2020, Lynette focused on personal activities such as decorating, cooking, gardening, walking, pilates, and supporting their family.

Lynette also worked at Adare SEC as a Transformation Director from January 2019 to March 2020, leading a PMO and overseeing the development of a transformation portfolio roadmap.

Prior to that, Lynette worked at FMG Ltd as the Head of Business Transformation and the Head of Finance Transformation, where they led cross-functional teams and delivered finance processes to support business changes.

Lynette'searlier work experience includes roles at Virgin Media, ntl:Telewest Business, and Telewest Communications, where they held positions such as Financial Controller, Senior Finance Manager, and Business Analyst.

Lynette Hirst completed their education at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2012. Lynette also obtained certification in "Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management" from LinkedIn in 2020.
