Mohammed Rezai

Mohammed Rezai is an experienced physician specializing in addiction medicine and urgent care. Currently serving as a physician at Zai Health since January 2017 and as an addiction physician at Redding Rancheria since December 2017, Mohammed provides urgent care coverage and telemedicine services for opiate and alcohol addiction. Previous roles include staff physician positions at CareNow and Prestige Urgent Care, as well as addiction physician at Groups Recover Together. Mohammed completed a Family Medicine residency at Shasta Community Health Center from July 2015 to June 2018, following the attainment of a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Touro University California in 2015 and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from UCLA in 2008.
