Petria Simatupang

Petria Simatupang has extensive work experience in human resources. Petria is currently working at RedDoorz as the Head of Talent Acquisition since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk as the Sr. Resourcing Section Head from August 2018 to June 2022. Before that, they were the Regional People Partner at BlueFox International from 2017 to 2018. Petria also worked at Honeywell as the Staffing Team Lead from October 2014 to October 2017. Petria started their career at PT.Wilmar Consultancy Services as an HR Business Partner from January 2010 to February 2014. Prior to that, they were the HR Manager at PT Permata Indonesia from June 2007 to June 2010.

Petria Simatupang obtained a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Effective Listening, Human Resources in the On-Demand Economy, Leading Productive One-on-One Meetings, Negotiation Fundamentals, Performance-Based Hiring, and Sales Skills Fundamentals from Lynda.com in 2016.
