Liron Tal has extensive work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Liron started their career in 2007 as a Software Engineer and Team Lead in the Intelligence Corps of the IDF, where they received an award for their successful leadership in a complex project. Liron then worked at Citi as a Backend Software Engineer for their Trade Surveillance Team, where they developed a real-time event processing server application and improved development practices. Liron also worked on an innovative trading application for Citi bond traders, quickly becoming the go-to person for several areas in the application. Liron joined Loom Systems as a Backend Software Engineer, where they designed and delivered new features, improved the continuous integration process, and deployed and debugged on-prem installations. Liron then joined Wix.com, initially as a Backend Software Engineer and later took on roles as Backend Engineering Tech Lead, Backend Engineering Team Lead, and Engineering Manager. Currently, Liron is the VP R&D at Redefine.dev.
Liron Tal received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University, completing their studies from 2012 to 2015.
