Beth Perez

Beth Perez has a strong background in corporate innovation and strategy, with experience in various leadership roles. Beth is currently the Vice President of Corporate Innovation at Redesign Health, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, Beth worked at DaVita Kidney Care, where they held multiple roles, including Vice President of the Hospital Services Group from November 2019 to November 2022, Senior Director of National Hospital Partnerships from August 2015 to November 2019, and Senior Director of Strategy and Special Projects from June 2012 to August 2015. Before joining DaVita, Beth held the role of Vice President of Client Advisory Services at The Reed Group from February 2011 to June 2012. Beth also served as the Vice President of BioLanx at Lanx, LLC from September 2007 to September 2010. Beth's earlier experience includes working as the Director of Product Development at SomaLogic, Inc from May 2004 to September 2007, and as a Senior Manager in Commercial Operations at Millennium Pharmaceutical from April 2002 to February 2004. Beth began their career as a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 1998 to 2002.

Beth Perez has a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Beth also holds an MBA in General Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
