Sheryna Grab

Sheryna Grab is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as Senior Lead of Talent Acquisition at Redesign Health since June 2024. Prior experience includes heading technical and business recruiting at Chief from July 2021 to May 2024, where a mission to empower senior executive women was emphasized. Sheryna also held roles at Andela as Team Lead - Senior Technical Recruiter and at Toptal as Senior Technical Recruiter, focusing on global talent connections. Sheryna began a career in recruitment at TEKsystems as a Technical Recruiter and previously worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at TMS Health, a Xerox Company. Sheryna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania between 2011 and 2014.
