Tushita Gupta

Tushita Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Tushita is currently working at Redgate Software as the Head of Product Design, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Interim Head of Product Design at Redgate Software from April 2022 to September 2022. Tushita also worked as a Lead Product Designer at Redgate Software from December 2021 to April 2022 and as a Senior Product Designer from July 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining Redgate Software, Tushita worked at the World Economic Forum as a Product Designer for UpLink from September 2019 to June 2020 and as a User Experience Specialist from January 2018 to September 2019. Tushita gained experience as an Associate UX Designer at Adobe from January 2014 to April 2015, and as a Digital Designer at Cognizant Technology Solutions from March 2013 to November 2013.

Tushita's early career includes an industry project as part of their diploma at Godrej from April 2012 to February 2013 and a summer internship at Cartoon Network in May 2011 to June 2011.

Tushita Gupta completed their Master's degrees in M.A. from the Royal College of Art and in M.Sc. from Imperial College London from 2015 to 2017. Tushita also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Animation Film design from the National Institute of Design, which they attended from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Tushita completed exchange semesters at Keio University in 2016 and at Pratt Institute in 2015.
