Mollie Nichols

Mollie Nichols has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Mollie currently works at Chief as a Member, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Redgrave Data since January 2022. From 2018 to 2022, Mollie was the Head of Advanced Client Data Solutions at Hogan Lovells. Before that, they worked as a Senior Attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from 2016 to 2018. Mollie had a significant role as a Partner at Redgrave LLP from 2012 to 2016, where they focused on providing advice and counsel on information law to Fortune 500 companies. Mollie also held the position of Director of eDiscovery & Litigation Services at Goodwin Procter LLP from 2007 to 2012 and served as a Senior Vice President and Counsel at First Advantage from 2005 to 2007. Mollie's previous experience includes roles such as Associate Director for Research and Professional Education at Courtroom 21 from 2003 to 2005, and Director of Litigation Training at Texas Attorney General from 1999 to 2003. Mollie later attended The University of Texas School of Law, obtaining a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in 1986. In 2002, they pursued further education at The University of Texas School of Law, where they earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Law.
