Grazyna Wicik

Grazyna Wicik currently serves as the Director of Business Value Practice at Red Hat since March 2021 and is a member of the FinOps Foundation since September 2020, actively contributing to its mission. Prior to these roles, Grazyna held several leadership positions at SAP, including VP of Multicloud Cost Analytics, Optimization and Governance, and VP of Business Operations at SuccessFactors, among others. Grazyna's experience spans procurement and sourcing roles at companies such as McKesson, Becton Dickinson, Rolls-Royce, and Siemens Westinghouse. Educational background includes a BA in Asian Studies with a focus on China from Vassar College, as well as an MBA in Finance from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from the United World College of the Adriatic.
