To-Dé Pagniet

To-Dé Pagniet is a seasoned professional in telecommunications with extensive experience in cloud solutions and network architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist Solution Architect at Red Hat since November 2024, To-Dé previously held roles at Microsoft from November 2020 to February 2024, where contributions included participation in AIOps initiatives and proof of concepts (PoCs) focusing on 5G and private LTE deployments. Prior to Microsoft, To-Dé worked at Affirmed Networks, leading PoCs for 5G solutions and emergency service demonstrations. A strong background includes positions at Cisco Systems and Nokia Siemens Networks, with a focus on network consulting and integration. To-Dé holds dual Master's degrees in Telecommunications Engineering from Telecom Bretagne and IMT Atlantique, reinforcing a solid educational foundation in the field.
