Most recently, they are the People Team Director at redpepper, where they are responsible for designing, developing and evaluating people-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals. Jessica also manages talent acquisition, performance management and compensation, employee relations and engagement, learning and development, and HR policies/compliance/benefits.

Jessica Nerad PHR obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Theirtory from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2009.
