Jennifer Compton, MBA, SHRM-CP, PHR is an experienced HR professional who has held various HR leadership roles in different companies. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at RedSail Technologies, Jennifer is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies and plans for a large remote workforce. With a background in HR management and administration, Jennifer brings a wealth of experience in performance management, training and development, and employee engagement. Jennifer holds a BBA in Management and HR, as well as an MBA from Eastern Michigan University.
