Chris Cavin

Chris Cavin has worked in the tech industry for over 10 years. Chris began their career in 2008 as an Academic Computer Consultant and Computer Science Student Researcher at Trinity University. In 2010, they worked as an IT Intern at USAA and a Web Design Intern at University Health System. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Globalscape, Inc. as a Product Manager and Software Engineer. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Freeosk, Inc. as a Product Owner. Currently, they are a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at RedShelf, where they have improved team productivity and delivered the Adoptions component within 60 days of onboarding.

Chris Cavin received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Chinese Studies from Trinity University in 2011. Chris then attended the National Taiwan Normal University Mandarin Training Center to study Chinese Language. In 2012, they attended the Confucius Institute at University of Texas at San Antonio to further their studies in Chinese language. In 2014, they obtained the PMC-III certification from Pragmatic Marketing. Chris also obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in 2016 and the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in 2014.
