Thilanka Priyankara has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Thilanka is currently employed at RedShield as a Software Development Manager, leading both the Product and Application Security development teams. Prior to this, Thilanka worked at Gallagher, where they held various positions including Software Architect and Team Leader, Software Team Leader and Technical Leader, Technical Leader, and Senior Software Engineer.

Before joining Gallagher, Thilanka worked at 11Ants Analytics Group Limited as a Senior Engineer, where they were involved in delivering cloud-based analytical tools for large-scale retailers and airlines. Thilanka also contributed to the redesign of the web front-end for the cloud offering.

Thilanka's earlier experience includes roles at Coach as a Manager for Asia Commerce and Customer Experience Solutions, where they were responsible for standardizing the SDLC and managing technical architecture. Further, they pursued postgraduate studies at the National University of Singapore from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Computing specializing in Infocomm Security.
