Neil Kilbride

Neil Kilbride started their career in 2005 at Esendex, where they initially worked as a Software Developer, specializing in Java/PHP. Neil later became a Team Lead for Web Apps, leading a self-organizing team in creating and improving web products and services. In 2015, Neil joined Collstream Ltd as a Technical Manager, overseeing a multi-skilled engineering team and implementing Agile methodologies to improve working practices and platform stability. In 2018, they joined Convergence Group as a Software Engineering Manager, responsible for growing a team of software engineers and delivering key business transformation projects using modern cloud technologies. Most recently, Neil joined Redstor in 2021 as an Engineering Manager.

Neil Kilbride attended the University of Nottingham from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science.
