Brian Sanders

Brian Sanders is an accomplished aerospace engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and project management. Currently serving as Systems Engineering Manager and Principal Systems Engineer at Redwire Space since November 2020, Brian leads a team in the development of innovative solar sail technology for NASA. Previously, as Sr. VP of Space Systems at Orbital Micro Systems, Brian contributed to critical weather intelligence initiatives, including the development of a micro satellite fleet for environmental monitoring. Experience also includes roles at the Colorado Space Grant Consortium, overseeing various space research projects, and significant engineering contributions during tenure at Boeing, particularly on the International Space Station. Brian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
