Alicia Garcia

Alicia Garcia is an experienced professional with a diverse background in production, training, and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Training and Knowledge Manager at Redwood Materials since February 2021, Alicia previously held multiple roles at Tesla from September 2017 to January 2021, including Senior Production Planner and Associate Production Manager. Prior experience includes positions as a Production Supervisor and Quality Assurance Auditor at Johnson & Johnson, along with a Veterinary Assistant role at Tama Veterinary Hospital. Alicia's early career involved student assistant positions at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where contributions included microfluidics design and CAD programming.
