Kaycee Morganto

Kaycee Morganto is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Redwood Materials since January 2024 and previously worked as a Mechanical Engineer at HDR from May 2023 to December 2023, contributing to sustainable building infrastructure across various sectors. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Rivian, where Kaycee was responsible for infrastructure design at the Normal, Illinois factory, and leading the mechanical engineering design for a significant expansion. As a Process Piping Senior Engineer at Farnsworth Group, Inc., project management and engineering efforts included the installation of advanced blending systems. Earlier roles at Texas Instruments involved extensive facilities project management, design, and engineering, including cleanroom modifications and systems for industrial processes. Kaycee holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Music, all from Southern Methodist University.
