Katie Camp, M.S. HRD, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Program Lead at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston), where responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle recruitment process across multiple departments. With a progressive career in human resources and talent acquisition, Katie has held positions at organizations such as Redwood Strategy Group, Inc., CHI St. Luke's Health, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston. As an HR Manager and Specialist, experience includes developing recruitment strategies, implementing onboarding processes, and providing comprehensive HR support.
