Rifat bin Islam

Rifat Bin Islam has a diverse work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. Rifat began their career in 2018 as a Marketing Executive at Reliable Money Exchanger Private Limited, where they were responsible for overseeing operations and keeping records of transactions. In 2019, they joined Daraz as a Junior Executive, taking on responsibilities such as leading a team in warehouse and supply chain management, ensuring proper documentation and labeling, and managing inventory. Rifat later advanced to the role of Team Lead - Operations. Most recently, Rifat has been working at REDX, starting as an Operations Executive in 2021 and progressing to become a Team Lead 3PL Express Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Return Operation Lead - CMH at REDX.

Rifat Bin Islam completed their secondary education at Shafiuddin Sarker Academy, where they obtained their SSC degree in Business Studies. They then attended Dhaka City College for their higher secondary education, earning an HSC degree in Business Studies. Rifat continued their educational journey at Dhaka City College and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, specializing in both Business Administration and Management, as well as Management itself. Recently, Rifat pursued a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management (HRM) at United International University.
