Sue Wenger

Sue Wenger is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker Associate at ReeceNichols South Central Kansas since October 2019, Sue previously held the position of Kansas Real Estate Commissioner from July 2013 to March 2022, where responsibilities included promoting beneficial policies for over 13,000 real estate licensees in Kansas. Other notable roles include Supervising Broker at RE/MAX Solutions and Broker Associate at J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. REALTORS®. Sue also contributed significantly to the Kansas Association of REALTORS® as a member and chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee, focusing on legislation impacting the real estate sector. Prior to these positions, Sue was the Broker/Owner of Sue Wenger Real Estate Group, overseeing daily operations of the brokerage. Sue holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Central Methodist College and a Master of Science in Education from Oklahoma State University.
