Joe Finch

Joe Finch has a strong background in project management and consultancy. Joe started their career at Reed in 1998 as an Account Manager, managing high-volume recruitment contracts. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Projects & Engagement Manager, overseeing HR solution delivery and business development. In 2019, Joe joined Consultancy Plus as Head Of Project Management Office, responsible for delivering outcome-based projects. Joe currently holds the position of Project Delivery Director at both Consultancy Plus and Reed.

Joe Finch attended Anglia Ruskin University from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a 2:1 degree in English.
