Rachel has worked as a Senior Recruitment Manager at Reed, specialising in recruiting temporary staff in various areas. Prior to that, Rachel worked at CONTACT CENTRE PROFESSIONAL LIMITED as a Vocational Tutor and Employability Specialist, where Rachel provided training to unemployed adults to improve their employment prospects. Rachel holds a BA (Honours) in Contemporary Language Studies from Northumbria University.
