James Grant

James Grant has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. James started their career as an Assistant Psychologist at The Home Office from October 1998 to July 2000. James then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Huxley Associates from July 2000 to October 2002, where they focused on software development staff within the investment banking and financial sector, as well as developing a non-financial C++ desk for the games industry clients. After that, they worked as a Recruitment Manager at Probe Games from October 2002 to January 2006. Following this, they founded their own company, Day One Search, and worked as the Owner/Director from February 2006 to May 2011, providing recruitment services to various employers in the UK and Europe in the games industry, technology, media, and online entertainment sectors. Currently, they are working as the Business Operations Director at ReedPop, starting from May 2011, where they support various departments such as HR, Recruitment, IT, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Facilities within the global ReedPop group.

James Grant attended the University of Wolverhampton from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
