Benjamin Newman

Benjamin Newman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Benjamin started their career at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. in 2013, where they worked as a Cashier/Line Cook, showcasing excellent customer service skills. Benjamin then moved on to the Liberty High School Store, where they served as an Account Manager, responsible for managing employees, marketing products, and handling finances.

In 2014, Benjamin joined Men's Wearhouse as a Customer Service Sales Associate, excelling in fittings and resolving customer service issues. Benjamin also achieved the lowest reorder percentage during their tenure. Additionally, they worked at Temple University as an RHA Representative, serving as a liaison between the 1940 community council and the Residence Hall Association.

In 2015, Benjamin took on the role of National Communications Coordinator at the Temple Residence Hall Association, overseeing communication efforts. Benjamin then transitioned to Tucker Company Worldwide in 2017, working as an HR/Marketing Intern. In this position, they assisted in the implementation of a new transportation management system, organized team-building activities, and supported the Human Resources and Marketing departments.

Benjamin further expanded their transportation industry experience by joining Saxbys in 2017 as a Team Lead, where they honed their leadership skills. Benjamin returned to ReedTMS Logistics in 2018 as an Account Manager, handling client accounts and maintaining strong relationships. In 2021, they joined Oppy as a Transportation Account Manager, responsible for transportation operations and account management.

Currently, Benjamin is an Account Manager at ReedTMS Logistics, utilizing their expertise in managing accounts and fostering client relationships.

Benjamin Newman completed their high school education at Liberty High School from 2010 to 2014, earning a High School Diploma with Honors. Benjamin then pursued higher education at Temple University, where they attended from 2014 to 2018. At Temple University, Benjamin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Fox School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing.
