Kathi Tomaszewski

Kathi Tomaszewski, SPHR has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in human resources and operations. Kathi is currently serving as the Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Systems at PremiStar, where they are responsible for transforming the industry and helping critical facilities owners and managers achieve cost-effective and energy-efficient environments. Previously, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at PremiStar and as a Director of Human Resources at Winston Brands, Inc. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at ITW Deltar Fasteners, including Division HR Director and HR Director. Kathi also served as the President at KPIG and worked in Operations and Strategy at the Family Business Center at Loyola University. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Kamco Plastics Inc., including Executive Vice President, VP of Human Resources, Director of IT and Logistics, Manager of IT and Logistics, and Manufacturing Engineer. Kathi started their career as a Section Manager at Hallmark Cards.

Kathi Tomaszewski, SPHR, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. In 2016, they obtained their SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
