Rachel Kicak

Rachel Kicak, SHRM-CP, serves as the Learning and Development Manager at ReEmployAbility since July 2017, where responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments and developing onboarding and skills training programs. Previously, Rachel held various roles at ReEmployAbility, including Training Specialist, Resolution Specialist, Team Lead, and Placement Coordinator, focusing on training development, customer resolution, team motivation, and job placement for injured workers. Prior experience includes roles at Progressive Insurance as a CRM Consultant and Torrid as a Store Manager. Rachel has also worked in leadership positions at Payless ShoeSource and Blockbuster, and served as an Education Intern at Flat Rock Playhouse. Rachel earned an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Hillsborough Community College between 2013 and 2014.
