VP Of Operational Excellence at Refresco

Carrie Sachtleben began their work experience in 2002 with Scholle Corporation, where they held various roles including Accounts Payable Supervisor, Fixed Asset/Cash Manager, Continuous Improvement Specialist, and Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist. In 2012, they joined BWAY Corporation as the Midwest Regional Operational Excellence Manager and later became the Pail and Hybrid Business Unit Manager. From 2014 to 2023, Carrie worked at Hearthside Food Solutions, starting as a Continuous Improvement Manager and progressing to Director of Continuous Improvement, Director of Supply Chain, Sr. Continuous Improvement Director, and Vice President of Continuous Improvement. In 2023, Carrie joined Refresco as the VP of Operational Excellence.

Carrie Sachtleben holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Project Management, Training, and Development from DePaul University. Carrie has obtained several certifications, including MBTI Certification in 2012, HACCP certification from Food Safety and Quality Systems LLC, Kepner Tregoe Project Management certification from Kepner-Tregoe, and SQF Practitioner certification from Food Safety and Quality Systems LLC. Carrie has also received training in various areas such as leading successful meetings, team leadership, coaching, communication, and listening skills from Development Dimensions International. Additionally, Carrie has completed the Shop Floor Kaizen Facilitator program offered by TBM Consulting Group.
