Sarah Williamson

Sarah Williamson has extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles within the HR field. Sarah most recently worked at Refresco as the Head of Talent. Prior to that, they were the Group Head of Talent at VetPartners Limited, where they supported HR leaders across multiple European countries. Sarah also worked as the Head of Leadership, Talent & Engagement at McKesson UK, leading a large team and overseeing various HR functions. Sarah has also held the position of Head of Talent & Engagement at Poundland & Dealz, where they were responsible for HR operations across multiple locations. Earlier in their career, Sarah worked at JD Wetherspoon in various roles, including Senior Recruitment & Training Manager. Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated a strong knowledge of talent management, succession planning, learning and development, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Sarah Williamson earned a 2:1 degree in English Literature from the University of Sunderland from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended Hitchin Girls' School from 1990 to 1995, but their degree and field of study are unspecified. In 2005, Sarah obtained an Advanced Certificate in Employment Law from CIPD. Sarah also holds additional certifications, including a Level 7 Advanced Award in Resourcing and Talent Management from CIPD Qualifications, earned in 2015.
