Roberto Insalaco is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in support and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as a 2nd Line Support/Site Project Analyst at Refuge, Roberto is responsible for upgrading IT infrastructure and managing digital transformations, including MS Intune migrations.
