Dom Naidoo has held a variety of positions since 2008. From 2008-2014, they were a REALTOR®/General Manager at Westside Properties, where they provided strategic leadership for 15 licensed real estate agents and oversaw agent training, contract review, sales management, and strategic negotiations. During the same time period, they were also a Trainer and Helpdesk Technician at Combined LA Westside MLS, where they defined learning and training objectives, approved and inputted residential and commercial listings, and collaborated with membership and compliance departments. From 2014-2016, they were a Technology Consultant at Luxe Homes and a Director of Technology at DOWNEY ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, where they developed technology strategies for sustainable growth, managed and monitored IT systems, and oversaw continuous improvement initiatives. From 2017-2022, they were a Senior Customer Success Associate at Mark43, where they were the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, developed relationships with key stakeholders, and monitored product-related issues and platform usage. Currently, they are a Customer Support Engineer at Regal Voice.

Dom Naidoo has an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Santa Monica College, obtained in 1991. Dom has also obtained three certifications: Certified Specialist in Health Information Technology from Coursera in February 2023, Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) Level 4 from Mark43 in August 2021, and CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in June 2017.
