Juan Porley

Juan Porley has over a decade of work experience in the tech industry. In 2010, they began their career as an IT Support at Pablo Arocena. In 2011, they joined Altimetrik as a Mobile/Frontend Developer, where they were responsible for planning, estimation, development, and testing of mobile and web products. Juan was later promoted to Team Lead and then Software Architect, where they were in charge of customer facing, defining products, proposing overall solution architecture, and project managing. In 2019, they joined InRhythm as a Senior Software Engineer and later as Director of Engineering, where they helped build the Web Practice's leveling framework, engineer's career paths, and identified growth areas and goals. Currently, they are a Staff Software Engineer at Regal.io.

Juan Porley obtained a Programmer Analyst degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidad ORT Uruguay between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Developer (DEV401) certification from Salesforce.com in October 2011 and an Examination for the Certificate of Proficiency in English (ECPE) certification from the University of Michigan in November 2007.
