Tilo Sloboda

Tilo Sloboda is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in foundational engineering and leadership across various technology companies. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at AtoB since November 2023, Tilo is focused on driving partnership engineering efforts for factoring solutions. Previously, as a Founding Engineer at Chime from July 2018 to October 2023, Tilo played a key role in developing the Credit Builder product, facilitating successful releases, and improving millions of Americans' credit scores. Tilo co-founded and served as CTO of Per Diem Solutions, Inc., and held principal engineering roles at Zugata and Catalina Labs, where significant contributions to API development and backend architecture were made. Experience at Tesla Motors includes innovations in backend services for vehicle connectivity and telemetry data collection. Tilo also held positions at Roku and various startups, showcasing a strong background in Ruby on Rails and database management. Tilo's academic credentials include a Master's degree from Carnegie Mellon University and studies at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
