Igor Oyarbide has a strong background in supply chain management and manufacturing. Igor started their career at Alcorta Forging Group, where they held roles as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager and later as a Business Unit Manager. During their time at Alcorta, they focused on continuous improvement, lean manufacturing implementation, and managing multiple skill teams.
In 2007, Oyarbide joined Power Transmission Solutions, where they served as an Operations Manager and later as the Global Manufacturing Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic global operations, job moves to other facilities, and implementing lean manufacturing practices.
Since 2014, Oyarbide has been working at Regal Beloit (acquired Emerson Power Transmission) as the Director of Supply Chain in Europe. In this role, they manage projects across facilities and functions, oversees the sales and operations planning process, and executes various supply chain strategies.
Throughout their career, Oyarbide has demonstrated expertise in inventory management, demand and supply chain management, and implementing lean manufacturing techniques.
Igor Oyarbide studied at Mondragon Unibertsitatea from 1994 to 1998, earning a degree in Industrial Technical Engineering with a specialization in Electricity and Industrial Electronics. Igor later pursued a Higher Engineering degree from 1998 to 2000, specializing in Industrial Organization.
