Bhargav Golla

Bhargav Golla has been working in the software engineering field since 2011. In 2011, they were the Apogee Coordinator for the Computer Science Association at BITS-Pilani, where they were responsible for mentoring project submissions and organizing programming contests and FOSS lectures. In 2012, they were a Developer Intern and Freelancer at Exotel Techcom Private Limited, where they built an Android app for Exotel's customers and developed APIs. That same year, they were also a Google Summer of Code Developer at The Apache Software Foundation, where they developed a JavaScript based viewer for the Apache ISIS project. In 2013, they were a Apps Developer Programmer Analyst 1 at Citicorp Services India Ltd. and a Developer Freelancer at Fornace. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Graduate Research Assistant, Software Developer Internship, and Summer Research Intern at Clemson University. From 2016 to 2021, they were a Staff Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Developer at LinkedIn. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Blend, and will be starting as a Software Engineer at Regal.io in 2023.

Bhargav Golla received their B.E (Hons.) in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani between 2009 and 2013. Bhargav then went on to earn their Master's Degree in Computer Science from Clemson University between 2014 and 2015. During this time, they also obtained certifications in Mining of Massive Datasets, Cryptography I, R Programming and Machine Learning from Coursera, and a Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Beginner (Estimated) certification from Duolingo. In June 2019, Bhargav Golla obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
