Anne Brettingen

Anne joined Regency as Vice President of Investment Services in 2005 and became Vice President of Financial Services in 2009. She has earned the company’s highest honor, the Martin E. Stein, Sr. Award, which honors employees’ business acumen and ethical standards.

Before working with Regency, Anne handled retail investment sales at Exeter Realty Services. She previously worked in a similar role with Cushman & Wakefield, Richard Ellis/HIGroup, and JMB Realty Corporation.

Anne is a member of the Urban Land Institute North Florida Management Committee and co-chair of the UrbanPlan Committee.

She earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Loyola University Chicago.

In her spare time, Anne enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
