Lauren Bottonari

Lauren oversees 30 assets at four million SF in their Texas portfolio. Prior to her time at Regency Centers, Lauren spent three years as Vice President of Leasing for Brixmor Property Group’s Texas portfolio. There, she was responsible for seven million SF at more than 50 assets. She has previously held a position with Weingarten Realty Group as their Regional Leasing Director overseeing 28 assets at approximately 3.8 million SF. Lauren also currently serves as a member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC).

Lauren earned her Bachelor of Sciences in Management from Indiana University, Bloomington. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, music, and the outdoors.
