Paul Sommer

Paul Sommer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in patient experience and advocacy across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Patient Experience & Advocacy at Regeneron since January 2024, Paul previously held the position of Global Head of Patient Experience and Innovation at Decibel Therapeutics from October 2021 to December 2023. Prior roles include Advisor on the Patient Experience Advisory Board at The Beryl Institute and Clinical Advisory Boards at CipherHealth and StayWell (now Krames). Paul has also contributed to Geisinger as Sr. Director of CRM Strategy and Patient Experience, and held various marketing roles at xG Health Solutions, Biogen, Hologic, and Cytyc. Paul holds an MBA in Global Strategic Management and Corporate Entrepreneurship from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, as well as a BA in Political Science and Education from Haverford College.
