Shrm Sarah Kramer

Sarah Kramer, M.A. SHRM-CP has a diverse work history with experience across various organizations. Sarah most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Region V Services, where they were responsible for providing education and support to individuals with disabilities, promoting safety and respect, and advocating for dignity and inclusion within the community. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Human Resources Director at Southeast Community College for six years. Additionally, they served as the Director of Fund Distribution at United Way of Lincoln and Lancaster County for five years.

Sarah Kramer, M.A. SHRM-CP completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Management and Leadership from Doane University in 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Communication and Leadership from Northwest Missouri State University in 2004.
