Alicia Smith-Steele

Alicia Smith-Steele has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Alicia currently serves as the Vice President of Ambulatory Services at Regional One Health, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, Alicia was the Director of Practice Operations at Regional One Health from October 2018 to July 2021.

Before joining Regional One Health, Alicia worked as a Senior Consultant at Kuncillium Consulting from 2017 to 2018. Alicia also gained valuable experience at Anthem, Inc., where they held the role of Staff Vice President/General Manager from October 2014 to February 2017.

Earlier in their career, Alicia worked at Rush University Medical Center in various roles. Alicia served as an Adjunct Faculty member from 2009 to 2017, an Associate Vice President of Hospital Operations from 2010 to 2014, and an Assistant Vice President of Hospital Operations from 2008 to 2010.

To start their career in healthcare, Alicia worked at Methodist Healthcare as the Director of Operations from 2006 to 2008 and as the Manager of Operations from 2003 to 2006.
