Andrea Ziemer, SHRM-SCP

Andrea Ziemer, SHRM-SCP has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Andrea began their career in 2006 as an HR Generalist at Tony's. In 2013, they moved to it's Never 2 Late as an HR Director. In 2017, they joined Shane Co. as an HR Manager. In 2019, they became the Head of People Ops at FluentStream, and in 2022 they were appointed Senior Director Human Resources at Registria.

Andrea Ziemer, SHRM-SCP received their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Colorado State University. Andrea has also obtained six certifications from LinkedIn, including "Motivating and Engaging Employees" (October 2018), "Teamwork Foundations" (October 2018), "Building Accountability Into Your Culture" (September 2018), "Performance Review Foundations" (September 2018), and "Managing for Results" (August 2018). Andrea is also certified as a SHRM-SCP.
