Marie Bader

Marie Bader has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marie is currently working as a Research & Development Project Manager at Regrow Ag since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Tomorrow.io from January 2022 to June 2022.

Marie also has experience in customer success management, having worked as a Technical Customer Success Manager at FORM from August 2021 to January 2022 and at FORM MarketX (formerly GoSpotCheck) from July 2018 to August 2021. During their time at GoSpotCheck, they held multiple roles including Customer Success Manager, Associate Customer Success Manager, and Technical Customer Success Manager. Marie'sresponsibilities there included executing tasks, collecting data in the field, and providing field-level intelligence using the company's software platform.

Before their customer success roles, Marie worked as a Director of Client Success at Flyer, where they led design and onboarding meetings with new clients, implemented engagement initiatives, and executed outreach campaigns.

Additionally, Marie has experience in education, having worked as a Teacher and Course Developer at McGill-Toolen Catholic High School from August 2009 to July 2017. Marie taught Physics and Earth Science to students, developed a comprehensive digital curriculum, incorporated technology in laboratory settings, and coached track, cross country, and soccer teams.

Marie also gained experience in various other roles throughout their career, including as an Instructor at Coding With Kids, an Aerial Yoga and Vertical Silks Instructor at The Fit Nest, an Intern at InnerRoads Wilderness Program, and an Intern at Riverside School.

Marie Bader completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies, Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame from 2005 to 2009. Marie later pursued their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree from the same university from 2009 to 2011. Marie Bader has also obtained additional certifications in Sustainability from UCLA Extension in April 2022 and in Business Intelligence Analysis from UC San Diego Extension in December 2020.
